1. What types of materials do your surgical caps come in?
We offer surgical caps in 4 types of materials:
1. 100% Cotton Printed Surgical Caps: Soft and skin-friendly, breathable and comfortable, with over 1000 cute prints. Hand washing at room temperature and air drying are recommended.
2. Printed Poly-Cotton Surgical Caps (35% Cotton + 65% Polyester): The fabric is glossy, stiff and wrinkle-resistant, stain-resistant and washable, chlorine-water rinsable, machine washable at low temperature below 30℃, and not ironable.
3. Solid Color Poly-Cotton Surgical Caps (35% Cotton + 65% Polyester): Professional solid color series, with glossy fabric that is stiff, wrinkle-resistant, stain-resistant and washable. It is chlorine-water rinsable, machine washable at low temperature below 30℃, and not ironable.
4. Professional Antibacterial Four-Way Stretch Surgical Caps (94% Polyester + 6% Spandex): Professional solid color series, 150D fabric with 175 g/㎡ weight, featuring good elasticity, sweat absorption, breathability, quick-drying, excellent drape, no pilling, no fading, high temperature resistance (200℃ high-temperature setting at the factory), wrinkle resistance, and antibacterial property (added silver ion antibacterial, washable for about 80 times).
2. Which scenarios are suitable for surgical caps of different materials?
• 100% Cotton Printed Surgical Caps: Soft, breathable and cute in prints, suitable for scenarios that value comfort and affinity, such as operating rooms, pediatric departments, medical aesthetics, and stomatology clinics.
• Poly-Cotton Surgical Caps (Printed/Solid Color): Stiff, durable and chlorine-bleach resistant, suitable for high-frequency cleaning scenarios such as hospital uniform workwear, operating rooms, wards, and emergency departments.
• Four-Way Stretch Antibacterial Surgical Caps: Elastic, quick-drying, antibacterial and high-temperature resistant, more suitable for long-time surgeries, infection departments, fever clinics and high-end medical institutions.
3. Are the surgical caps sterile products?
Our surgical caps are daily medical clean products, not sterile. They are suitable for routine medical scenarios such as operating rooms, outpatient clinics and nursing work.
4. What sizes are available for the surgical caps?
The default size is one-size-fits-all (universal style), suitable for head circumferences of 54–60cm, which can be comfortably worn by both male and female medical staff. For enterprise-level customers, custom sizes are available upon request.
5. What is the price range of surgical caps made of different materials?
The price gradient of surgical caps with different materials is: Four-Way Stretch Antibacterial Surgical Caps > 100% Cotton Printed Surgical Caps > Printed/Solid Color Poly-Cotton Surgical Caps, corresponding to mid-to-high-end, mid-range and mid-to-low-end prices respectively. They are suitable for different needs such as high-end professionalism, comfort focus and large-volume procurement.

6. What is the product packaging method?
• Regular Packaging: Each cap is individually packaged in a transparent OPP bag, clean and hygienic.
• Carton Packaging: Packed in cartons according to a certain quantity (adjustable as required), with standard export cartons that are waterproof and wear-resistant.
• Custom Packaging: Customizable colored bags, brand packaging boxes, hang tags, wash labels, etc., suitable for brand OEM.
II. Customization Services
1. Can we customize surgical caps with our own provided fabrics?
Yes, we recommend sending 0.75 yards of fabric according to the selected style. We will provide free accessories such as ribbons, buttons and sweat-absorbent towels, and you can choose the color or we will match it for you.
2. Do you support small-batch customization?
To ensure customization quality and production efficiency, we support small-batch customization with a minimum order quantity of 50 caps, which is suitable for market testing and small-batch procurement. For inquiries, please contact us via email at service@promedgo.com.
3. What customization options do you provide?
We support custom prints, LOGO embroidery/printing, as well as personalized solutions such as matching buttons, sweat-absorbent bands and exclusive packaging.
4. Can we add LOGO printing/embroidery when customizing with our own fabrics?
Yes, we can complete LOGO printing and embroidery according to your requirements.
5. Are there any color/size restrictions for custom LOGO?
The LOGO supports single-color/multi-color embroidery/printing, and the size is strictly limited to no more than 8×8cm to ensure the overall aesthetics and production effect. For complex patterns, please send vector graphics for evaluation first.
6. Do I need to provide source files for customization?
To ensure the clarity of printing/embroidery, it is necessary to provide AI / PDF / PNG vector files. If you do not have vector files, we can assist with simple typesetting to meet the basic customization requirements.
7. Can we make samples first before mass production for customization?
Yes, we can make 1–2 samples first for you to confirm the style, LOGO and fabric, and then start mass production after confirmation.
8. Do custom styles support mixed-style/mixed-color production?
Yes, mixed production of multiple styles, colors and materials is available in the same batch. For specific arrangements, please communicate with your exclusive customer manager for production scheduling.
9. What is the sample production cycle and cost for customization?
The sample production cycle is about 3 days, and the sample fee for custom caps is $15 per cap (excluding shipping costs). We can issue an invoice together with the fabric, and payment can be made after we receive the fabric, according to your convenience.
III. Procurement Cooperation
1. What is the usual production and delivery cycle?
The production cycle for regular orders is 10–15 days, and urgent orders can be delivered as fast as 7 days (this is the shortest delivery cycle to ensure product quality, and no further compression is available).
2. How to enjoy wholesale discounts for bulk procurement?

3. Do you support free sample collection?
To cover the production and material costs of samples, the sample fee is $15 per cap (excluding shipping costs). The sample fee can be refunded when you place a subsequent bulk order, and the specific rules shall be subject to the tiered procurement policy.
4. Do you support mixed-batch procurement?
Yes, regular styles support mixed-batch procurement of different styles, colors and materials, helping you reduce the pressure of minimum order quantity.
5. Do you support OEM/ODM labeling?
We support full OEM/ODM services, and you can use your own brand labels, wash labels and packaging to create exclusive brand products.
6. Do you provide door-to-door logistics services?
Yes, we provide door-to-door logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, and courier services (DHL, FedEx). We also assist with customs clearance and tariff-related matters. The arrival time of the order depends on the purchase quantity, destination country and logistics method, which shall be subject to the logistics and transportation terms.
7. Can you provide export documents such as CO, invoices and packing lists?
Yes, we will provide a full set of free export customs clearance documents (CO, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading documents, etc.) when the order is shipped.
IV. Quality Assurance
1. How do you ensure product quality?
The fabrics are strictly selected in accordance with international standards, and multiple quality inspection processes are implemented throughout the whole process. For orders with a quantity exceeding 3000 caps, we can assist in providing inspection reports to ensure worry-free procurement.
2. How to ensure consistency between mass production and samples?
Unified production standards are implemented from sample confirmation to mass production. For bulk orders, small-batch samples can be provided for testing before formal mass production to ensure consistency.
3. How to handle defective products in mass production?
Full inspection is conducted before shipment, and the defective rate is strictly controlled at an extremely low level. If there are indeed quality problems, we will provide replacement or supplementary delivery services to ensure your rights and interests.
4. Can you provide test reports on fabric composition, color fastness, etc.?
Yes, for large-value orders (3000+ caps), we can provide relevant test data including fabric composition, color fastness and antibacterial performance.
V. Transaction and After-Sales Service
1. What payment and settlement methods do you support?
To adapt to various cross-border procurement scenarios, we support multiple payment methods including telegraphic transfer (T/T), credit card and PayPal, providing you with convenient payment options. In terms of settlement, we uniformly adopt the “30% deposit + 70% balance” model. We kindly request your cooperation in settling the balance three days before shipment to ensure the smooth progress and on-time delivery of the order.
2. Do you provide inspection/photo confirmation before shipment?
Yes, after the mass production is completed, we can provide packing photos, quantity verification and quality sampling inspection videos. Shipment will be arranged only after your confirmation.
3. Do you accept returns and exchanges for surgical caps?
Due to the high cost of international logistics and transportation, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged without reason once they are produced. For details, please refer to the official return and exchange terms.
4. Is there a dedicated person in charge of the order throughout the process?
Each customer is assigned an exclusive customer manager who will follow up the whole process from design and production to delivery to ensure a smooth procurement process.
5. What is the response time for handling problems?
To ensure your procurement efficiency, we commit to responding to and handling order and customization-related problems within 24 hours.
6. How to handle logistics loss or damage?
All orders are insured with logistics insurance. In case of loss or serious damage during transportation, we will assist in tracking claims and arranging replacement delivery.
