Processing Time

Production time varies depending on customization requirements and current order volume, usually taking 1–3 business days.

Delivery time is calculated from the ship date, not the order date.

Standard International Shipping

Shipment is initially handled by Yanwen Logistics, then transferred to your local postal service (e.g., USPS in the United States) for final delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by:

• Local postal service efficiency

• Customs clearance procedures

• Regional delivery conditions

Due to many uncontrollable factors in cross-border logistics, we shall not be liable to customers for any loss, damage, destruction, penalty, demurrage, or non-performance arising from force majeure events in the destination country under any circumstances.

No compensation shall be provided in the following cases:

a) Social unrest events (including but not limited to strikes, riots, wars, terrorist activities, public health emergencies, major epidemics, plagues, etc.)

b) Natural disasters (including but not limited to snowstorms, hail, fires, floods, mudslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, power outages, natural calamities, etc.)

c) Any government actions (including but not limited to expropriation, requisition, restriction orders, regulations, measures, etc.)

d) Loss or damage caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery address (e.g., missing street name and house number) that prevents successful delivery
